CORE 860's "Mascots"Jeff's 2001 Jeep® Cherokee XJ Sport 4x4![]() ![]() This is my 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4x4. With the exception of a FRAM Air Hog air filter, OPTIMA "Red Top" battery, and BOSCH +2 Platinum plugs, it's basically stock. ******************************************************************************************************* Jeff's 1989 Jeep® Cherokee XJ Laredo 4x4![]() This is my 1989 Jeep Cherokee XJ Laredo 4x4. It's not stock: OPTIMA "Red Top" battery, COBRA 40ch CB w/ 10 WX channels, Lil' WIL antenna, 180watt AIWA CD player, 6 BOSCH Platinum +2 sparkplugs, 4 SONY 4-way Xplode speakers, Visteon NASCAR radiator, FLOWKOOLER water pump, ROBERT SHAW Thermostat, RANDOM TECHNOLOGY's Super Hi - Flow Catalytic Converter, 4WD Hardware's Stainless Steel 2½" CAT - BACK Exhaust System, 48" HI - LIFT JACK, K&N Air Filter, and 5 FIRESTONE WILDERNESS AT tires (one is a spare), 4WDHardware's Power Brake Booster by Omix-Ada, 3" Drop down Pitman Arm, Sway Bar Quick Disconnects, and (4) Dana 35 U- bolts. Also, I have a 4WDH 3" Suspension System that will be installed in early Spring 2007 this year. This should be enough to clear 31" tires. I may have to trim the fenders a bit. The combination of the High Flow Water Pump and Performance Thermostat performed flawlessly on the Jeep Trail Ride this year. The engine ran smooth and didn't run overly hot. The water pump moves about 40% more coolant through the block than a stock water pump normally would. I have personally installed the "4 Wheel Drive Hardware 2½" Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System" on my '89 XJ Laredo. I'm pleased with the overall fit and finish of the kit I chose, which came all the neccessary hardware to make this so simple to install, that even a beginner with simple hand tools could do this job in half a day. The sound emanating from the rear pipe clearly tells you this isn't your "ordinary cheapie-econo-quick-kit". The price for this system was right on the money, and the sound alone will have swearing it was V8, but it's actually a 4.0L straight-6 !!!! See the highlighted letters in blue? These are actually links to the manufacturers that helped create a better and more capable Jeep XJ! Clicking on them will take you directly to each product's part #. This eliminates your hassle by looking for each part yourself. ******************************************************************************************************* ![]() Jeff Hall 210 Hartford Turnpike Hampton, CT 06247 USA This is an ONLINE WEBSITE ONLY.
